Hydrangea Must Die è una cryptoartist e scrittrice italiana. I suoi primo progetto consisteva in una serie di NFT di poesie scritte e registrate da lei, sullo sfondo di animazioni di vecchie litografie. In seguito si è approcciata all’arte 3D con lo sviluppo di “Monty’s Playhouse”, una serie di quadri animati incentrati sulla figura di Monty: un ibrido tra un fiore e una creatura magica, ispirato ai personaggi delle litografie di Odilon Redon, l’illustratore dei “Fleurs du mal” di Charles Baudelaire. Ogni opera vede Monty come protagonista di scenari diversi, tutti con un immancabile tocco creepy ma ammiccante.
Hydrangea Must Die is an italian cryptoartist and writer. Her first project was a series of NFT containing poems written and recorded by the artist, with the background of animations of old litographies. She approached to the 3D world with the creation of “Monty’s Playhouse”, an animated series based on the character of Monty: an hybrid between a flower and a magic creature, inspired by the creatures in the litographies of Odilon Redon which illustrated the “Fleurs du mal” by Charles Baudelaire. Every artwork sees Monty as the main character of different scenarios, each one filled with a creepy-but-playful taste.
